Job Purpose:
- Support the business development of the logistics function, Ensure the highest standards of project management, and logistics knowledge to deliver impactful results that will positively influence the function’s bottom line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer`s requests and complaints for all held shipments Within SLA
- Follow up on “outstanding Shipments” and highlight the root cause.
- Collaborate with the airport team to identify and address operational issues communicated by our customers.
- Handle global cases within the SLA communication with Airport team.
- Conduct periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and annually) making sure the proper SLA is met.
- Communicating new processes with concerned parties and ensuring that they are followed as per the new instructions.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to identify and address operational issues communicated by our customers.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Holder (Business Administration/ Logistics/ Supply chain Major Preferably).
- 1-2 years of experience in Operations is required (Logistics field is preferable).
- Fluency in English is a MUST.
- Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and Written in English.
