Administrative Assistant [Philippines]


 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-PROVIDES ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO ENSURE EFFICIENT OPERATION OF THE OFFICE.
-CARRIES OUT ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES SUCH AS FILING, TYPING, COPYING, BINDING, SCANNING, ETC.
-COMPLETES OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS BY SCHEDULING AND ASSIGNING ADMINISTRATIVE PROJECTS AND EXPEDITING WORK RESULTS.
-SUPPORTS THE TEAM BY PERFORMING TASKS RELATED TO ORGANIZATION AND STRONG COMMUNICATION.
-MAINTAINS SUPPLIES INVENTORY BY CHECKING STOCK TO DETERMINE INVENTORY LEVEL, ANTICIPATING NEEDED SUPPLIES, PLACING AND EXPEDITING ORDERS FOR SUPPLIES.
-CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT BY ACCOMPLISHING RELATED RESULTS AS NEEDED.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-MUST HAVE A BACHELOR DEGREE MAJOR IN OFFICE ADMINISTRATION OR EQUIVALENT
-PROVEN EXPERIENCE AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT OR OFFICE ADMIN ASSISTANT
-KNOWLEDGE OF OFFICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND PROCEDURES
-PROFICIENCY IN MS OFFICE (MS EXCEL AND MS POWERPOINT, IN PARTICULAR)
-EXCELLENT TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE WORK
-ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS
-EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
-STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php610.00 per day

Schedule:

  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends

  • Valenzuela City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
