TCN is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Product Training & Customer Engagement team as a Workforce Management Subject Matter Expert (WFM SME) and be a pivotal part of our launch of our Workforce Management services. If you're an experienced professional with a strong background in Workforce Management products and a track record of success in forecasting, scheduling, and adherence, we invite you to learn more.

Role Overview: As a WFM SME at TCN, you'll be at the forefront of driving excellence guiding TCN’s Workforce Management product, including client interactions, training initiatives, seamless implementations, and unwavering support. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing workforce operations for TCN’s client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a crucial role in educating both new and existing clients about the value of TCN's Workforce Management services, fostering adoption and success.
  • Lead client interviews, training sessions, and seamless implementations to ensure clients extract maximum value from TCN's Workforce Management service.
  • Offer expert insights, recommendations, and innovative solutions to optimize workforce operations and elevate customer service.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for all things related to Workforce Management, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and driving efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement customer feedback, continuously enhancing our solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record and in-depth knowledge of Workforce Management products.
  • Proficiency in workforce scheduling, forecasting, staffing optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and investigate issues.
  • A proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
  • Empathetic and customer-focused approach to interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
