Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our team, shaping the way our brand is perceived and driving engagement across multiple channels. Your key responsibilities will include:
Driving Marketing Campaigns: plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, creating anticipation and excitement for our board game releases.
Convention Presence: organize and manage our presence at conventions in Poland, ensuring our games are showcased effectively and our brand stands out.
Relationship Management: cultivate and nurture relationships with media outlets, retailers, board game clubs, and pubs, building partnerships that amplify our brand's visibility and impact.
Crowdfunding Communication: lead the communication efforts during our crowdfunding campaigns, engaging backers and enthusiasts with compelling messages and updates.
Social Media: manage our social media presence on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, creating engaging content and interacting with our passionate community.
Global Planning: Coordinate with other marketing specialists inside Lucky Duck Games, for global Studio launches, planning announcement dates, release plans, and aligning on messaging.
Language Proficiency: excellent written and spoken skills in Polish and advanced English, enabling effective communication with a diverse audience.
Board Game Expertise: deep understanding of the board game industry, its trends, and a genuine passion for the board gaming community.
Creativity: infusing out-of-the-box ideas into all aspects of marketing and community engagement.
Event Participation: willingness and ability to attend conventions and events, representing the company and fostering relationships with stakeholders.
Social Media Management: being capable of creating compelling content, engaging with the community, and leveraging platforms for marketing purposes on a daily basis
Organizational skills: proven multitasking abilities, capable of independently organizing and managing work tasks.
Prior experience within the board game industry will be highly advantageous.
