At Flex Living, we believe renting a home should be as easy as buying an item from Amazon, which means ensuring our guests have an abundance of choice and flexibility to cancel if their plans change. We aim to help landlords stop paying excessive management fees and help renters live and work comfortably anywhere in the world.

Since our launch in 2019, we have doubled in size every six months, and have already launched Flex Living in multiple cities around the world. You’ll be joining us during a very exciting stage of development within our company.

About The Role:

As the Country Manager in Casablanca, you will be fully responsible for launching, operating and growing Flex Living's presence in Casablanca and Morroco.

This includes:

  • Supply Generation: Finding channels of acquisition of direct to landlords' properties (offline/ online)
  • Operations: Leading an on-ground team that will be responsible for Property set-up & decoration, Cleaning, and Resolving issues including Plumbing, Electrical issues and other maintenance problems.
  • Finance: Staying on top of all accounting and financial work required in the country, as well as the legal obligations of the company.
  • Regulations: Be fully aware of Casablanca's holiday let/ apartment rental regulations.

About You:

- Must be a strong problem solver.

- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset.

- Must be able to intervene manually and do the dirty work if it needs to be done.

- Must be ambitious and willing to go above and beyond to achieve success.

- Must fit our culture of transparency, hard work and adaptability.

Salary

  • £1000 - £2000 A Month depending on experience

While the Flex Living London team will offer you all the support needed to operate successfully, we expect you to take full responsibility for our expansion in the market.

Salary: 7,575.00DH - 11,362.00DH per month
