Hiring managers screen and select the candidates, and hereafter you will participate in interviews where you interview and assess the applicants using personality profiles and more importantly: your ability to spot a great talent.
This is an exciting position with a broad range of projects and tasks, where you get to interact with your candidates and stakeholders (business leaders, HR Partners, and managers as well as other HR colleagues) both face-to-face and virtually.
In addition to the roles as recruiter, you will also work with our employer branding activities, e.g. optimize use of job boards, candidate experience. Currently we are rolling out a recruitment course for all managers in FOSS – you will play a vital role in facilitating this together with other colleagues from HR.

We use Predictive Index and Hogan personality profile – we will make sure to train you in these profiles if you don’t know them.
The person we are looking for comes with an independent and service-minded mindset, and a genuine interest in other people. You have strong communication skills, and you can provide the hiring managers and the candidates with adequate feedback - using your personal insight and information from the personality assessments. It is important that you thrive establishing new relations and prioritize collaboration, both within HR with your colleagues and throughout the organization. You have a positive mindset even when challenged and people enjoy working with you.
