The Role
As a Senior Account Executive (Pharma), you will be responsible for owning the sales cycle from lead to close for SCW.AI's Digital Factory platform. You will work with prospects to understand their needs and pain points, and then present SCW.AI's solutions as the best way to solve them. You will also be responsible for closing deals and managing customer relationships. You will work closely with the business development team to close deals. This is an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of a high-growth, high-impact start-up organization and operate within cross-functional projects, and be rewarded for upside opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in the pharma manufacturing industry. They will be able to build relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and present solutions that meet those needs. They will also be able to work with technical teams to understand and address their needs.
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or a similar field.
- 10+ years of experience in an account executive role which manages enterprise deals.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and selling to Pharmaceutical executives.
- Passion and interest for industrial applications of digital solutions/Industry 4.0.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with public speaking experience.
- Understanding and judgment of project acquisition and contacts with prospects.
- Self-starter attitude with ownership mindset creating new outreach strategies for new lead generation methods.
- Motivation to work in international teams and organizations.
- Experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Cloud solutions to enterprise customers.
- Experience using leading CRM Platforms to track & report development performance metrics.
