Notos Com is looking for an experienced Retail Manager . The main scope of the role is to define and execute a brand’s retail strategy for its whole retail network in the Greek market, namely boutiques and outlets.
The goal is to empower the local retail team to drive sales objectives, while safeguarding the brand’s image, exploiting new product opportunities, and providing outstanding in-store experience.
Responsibilities
Lead and direct the brand’s strategy execution, to drive the growth of the retail business in the Greek market
Build, empower and train a strong retail team to optimize business performance
Drive retail operation, through sales, KPIs and promotions, etc.
Control the business by creating and analyzing business reports, proposing corrective actions to reach targets and improving profitability
Secure an excellent customer experience in every POS
Take actions to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction (replenishment, new season’s availabilities, stock controls)
Actively participate in opening & closing stores
Work together with cross-functional teams for multiple projects’ implementation
Foster brand identity in POS, working closely with the VM for the implementation of the brand’s VM strategy

Business Requirements
Proven work experience as a Retail Manager in the fashion industry for at least 3 years
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration or similar
Ability to adequately communicate in English (speaking and writing)
Good knowledge of MS Office
Mobility for traveling inside and outside Greece
