How you’ll make an impact:
Design, implement, analysis of various application testing for antibodies, such as Flow cytometry, Immunofluorescence, etc,- Familiar with immunology and immunological assays, such as immune cell subsets analysis, cell proliferation, cell cycle inhibition, etc.
- Keeping abreast of recent developments in the field of complex flow cytometry-based technologies and bringing new methods to the team,
- Help team to develop screening assays in the early stage of antibody development,
- Coordinate with team members and other teams within Bio-Rad Shanghai antibody center to finish the experiments/analysis and catch the project goal on time,
- Provide innovative thinking and approaches in work situations; try different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.
What you Bring:
A Master's degree in immunology, cellular biology, or related subjects is required,- 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, or academia,
- Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with various techniques in immunology and cellular biology, including but not limited to, cell culture, flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, and other immunological assays,
- Hands-on experience with gene editing, plasmid construction, and stable cell line establishment is a plus,
- Seeks, learns, and applies new skills/knowledge to perform job responsibilities.
- A strong sense of responsibility, an initiative for work, and good team spirit,
- Have good English reading and writing skills.
