To assist foreign worker recruitment process and provide administrative support to the Human Resource Department on daily activities related to foreign worker as well as routine task to ensure smooth operations processes. • To attend and handling all matters pertaining to foreign workers management. (Submission documents for new application/ permit renewal process, cancellation, employment pass, FOMEMA- medical check-up, bank- account matter, clinic/hospital – injuries, police station - absconded case, Inland Revenue Dept.- clearance of income tax, etc.) • Manage and plan monthly on hostel inspection to ensure high standards of cleanliness are well maintained. • Reporting any misbehaviours of foreign worker to Human Resource Representative or update any facilities damage in the Hostel Inspection Checklist during inspection process. • Ensure hostel facilities are in place to comply with legislation, audit requirement and lease provision, including health & safety requirements and maintenance. • Manage and monitor hostel maintenance activities effectively to enable works to be completed on time and on budgetBox-Pak (Malaysia) Bhd ("Box-Pak") was incorporated on 28 December 1974 as a private limited company.
