About the role:
Takeda is making the leap to a reimagined future where data and digital will completely transform our business. We are creating a data-driven, highly automated and AI-enabled ecosystem to further this transformation. To support this exciting and challenging effort for our global Small Molecules Operating Unit, we are looking for an innovation-driven and solution-oriented delivery manager who would work with senior level stakeholders and DD&T (DD&T) communities across the operational unit to share solutions, best practice business use cases cases & support the sites in building their digital roadmaps. How you will contribute:
Assist to increase speed and accelerate digital transformation across sites by supporting and assisting the development & operationalization of the global DD&T strategy at the manufacturing sites
Global Program Manager for strategic Data, Digital and Technology initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve and refine SM OpU DD&T team’s processes, and implement those improvements
Collaborate with application SMEs at the different sites to understand systems and interfaces ensuring good data quality of the data exchange during usage
Collect site demands, compiling the demand into condensed high potential demand list and identify “Top 5” SM demands with high value potentials
Drive digital transformation programs and projects in the operational unit by:
Leading multi-disciplined, cross-functional teams in building capabilities and delivering results utilizing effective people and project management skills
Expertly controlling project financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, managing purchase orders & accruals for both Capex & Opex expenditures
Provide coaching to Site DD&T teams and DD&T Community Teams for managing projects within the Digital Transformation portfolio
Maintain/develop strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful collaborations.
Persuade others with fact-based judgments of business situations
What you bring to Takeda:
Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience in systems or business
5+ years’ experience in applying information systems solutions to business problems
Leadership experience
Good understanding of the available Digital technology platforms and their applicability in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., Data Visualization & Analytics, Robotic Process Automation, IoT, Paperless technologies).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and proven experience in leading projects and management skills.
Ability to lead, coach, motivate and influence others in the organization.
Experience in Manufacturing, Process and Pharmaceuticals industrial
Working knowledge of: SCRUM, Agile Methodologies, Change Management, Project Management
Ability to write and speak in the English language.
