Responsibilities


1. Secretary to MD:

  • Manage diary, schedule meetings and appointments, reservations
  • Take calls and messages, and coordination
  • Travel arrangements and claims

2. Administrative roles:

  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Secretary for management meetings - scheduling, booking of meeting room, minutes writing
  • Administrative support for project teams - filing, typing, copying, scanning
  • Billings and invoicing
  • Managing inventory of office supplies
  • Maintenance and repair of office equipment
  • Managing pantry and pantry supplies

Requirements

  • A diploma or A levels preferred. Nitec or O Level certificate maybe consider.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
