Responsibilities
1. Secretary to MD:
- Manage diary, schedule meetings and appointments, reservations
- Take calls and messages, and coordination
- Travel arrangements and claims
2. Administrative roles:
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Secretary for management meetings - scheduling, booking of meeting room, minutes writing
- Administrative support for project teams - filing, typing, copying, scanning
- Billings and invoicing
- Managing inventory of office supplies
- Maintenance and repair of office equipment
- Managing pantry and pantry supplies
Requirements
- A diploma or A levels preferred. Nitec or O Level certificate maybe consider.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
