KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
  • Observe and interact with branch personnel to understand the details and reason for the company distribution process.
  • Contribute to generating new business through in-depth research of industries, companies, and contacts for the sales team.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the sales teams to meet sales goals.
  • Assist with sales projects as needed.
  • Engage prospective customers in common sense business conversations.
  • Willingness to adhere to activity and reporting requirements.
  • Pitch our services to potential customers.
  • Works well under pressure and is adaptable to change.
  • Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature.
  • Effectively contributes and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
  • Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources including telephone directories and purchased lists.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Degree/Diploma in marketing, business or similar will be required.
  • Strong self-motivation.
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Ability to cope with rejection.
  • Ability to remain calm in challenging environments.
  • A professional appearance.
