Junior Auditor [South Africa]

 

We are looking for an Junior External Auditors x 2 with completed audit articles for a months contract to assist with the SME audit .

Duties & Responsibilities

• Gathering information on the client from representatives to understand needs
• Completing and updating the audit working paper efficiently and effectively and ensure that all audit objectives are met
• Identifying areas of loss prevention and risk mitigation.
• Collecting, collaborating, and communicating relevant inputs to internal stakeholders
• Documenting all findings in an organized and timely fashion
• Delivering results and reports to the verification entity as needed
• Providing resolution and recommendations to audit team, verification entity and management on on routine issues and concerns
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures, and internal control
• Daily reporting to management

Requirements

• Completed Bcom Accounting degree
• Completed Articles experience (preferable)
• Knowledge of draftWorx (Required)
• Own laptop (essential)
