To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
- Handles first level resolution on HR inquiries and concerns (Preboarding, Onboarding, Benefits, Data Management, HRIS, HR policies and processes) through email
- Strategize on the workload and inbox management
- Develop process documentation
- Identify areas for improvement with the processes and policies
- Reassign cases that are beyond the scope of RingHR Manila to the appropriate escalation points
- Ensures all emails are attended to within the define SLA
- Ensures high levels of accuracy and customer service

- Understanding of RingCentral policies and systems
- Adheres to night shift schedule (may move to a shifting (Morning-shift, Mid-shift, and Nightshift) schedule depending on the business needs
- Good communication and writing skills
- Strong problem solving skills

- Ability to work independently
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good at managing tasks through to completion
- Ability to work autonomously on allocated tasks with the ability to escalate issues clearly and concisely where necessary
