HR Service Desk Administrator [Philippines]


 

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Handles first level resolution on HR inquiries and concerns (Preboarding, Onboarding, Benefits, Data Management, HRIS, HR policies and processes) through email
  • Strategize on the workload and inbox management

  • Develop process documentation
  • Identify areas for improvement with the processes and policies
  • Reassign cases that are beyond the scope of RingHR Manila to the appropriate escalation points
  • Ensures all emails are attended to within the define SLA
  • Ensures high levels of accuracy and customer service

Desired Qualifications:

  • Understanding of RingCentral policies and systems
  • Adheres to night shift schedule (may move to a shifting (Morning-shift, Mid-shift, and Nightshift) schedule depending on the business needs
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Customer service
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good at managing tasks through to completion
  • Ability to work autonomously on allocated tasks with the ability to escalate issues clearly and concisely where necessary
