In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through chat interactions with our international clients. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong customer-centric approach. Responsibilities:
- Engage in chat conversations with international customers to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support.
- Ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer queries while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize product knowledge and resources to effectively assist customers and guide them towards appropriate solutions.
- Follow predefined guidelines and processes to handle customer requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services, and appropriately communicate them to customers.
