- Managing the day-to-day handling of all social media channels.
- Planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and improve marketing and sales efforts.
- Analyzing competitor activities.
- Collaborate with other teams such as marketing and sales to ensure brand consistency.
- Build brand awareness by creating content
- Edit, write and publish engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc
- Schedule social media posting
- Assist in managing content calendars and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of content
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks when required
- Create a creative and up to date content
- Must have a creative and critical thinking to produce content
- Creative and have talent to create content video to build product branding and develop marketing
- Handle all our social media accounts
- Create content for our social media page
- Take and edit photo of products, shop, services and photos.
- Produce videos for social media
- Familiar with Online Shopping platform
