Ihre Aufgaben
- Execution of the EMEA Risk Assessment
- Project manage risk mitigation activities
- Expert inputter into the design of future risk assessment and management activities
- Provide regional compliance support for EMEA
- Facilitate ethics and compliance training and workshops
- Support investigations of ethical or compliance concerns
- Being a representative of compliance and ethics in an equitable working environment, operating from factory floor to GmbH director level
Unsere Anforderungen
- Certified in risk management with at least five years experience (not finance risk)
- Fluent in German and English and experienced in working in an international company
- Good presentation and meeting facilitation skills
- Experience in compliance & ethics, audit, finance, process management or project management would be an advantage
- Ability to travel up to 10 %
