The customer support manager plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation as an essential part of the customer service team and serving as a primary point of contact between the company and its customers. We are looking for a candidate who can join our two already launched web3-based projects.

Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with their questions, concerns, and issues related to a product or service;
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction;
- Attends all departmental meetings and trainings;
- Solving user problems by answering tickets.
- Understanding online games and how they work;
- Strong written communication;
- Positive attitude and desire to develop;
- English (Upper-Intermediate)
- Stress resistance and the ability to avoid conflicts.
- Basic knowledge of the world of cryptocurrencies and NFT.
