We are looking for the role of Risk Consulting Specialist for an important leading Reinsurance and Insurance company with extensive product and distribution capabilities located in Santiago.

About the challenge:
- You must perform Loss Control field loss control surveys and service work.
- Provide marketing support, development of marketing materials and be available at point of sale presentations when Loss Control involvement is requested.
- Development of Loss Control and Underwriting support materials such as report forms, service instructions, training materials and programs, and Underwriting Guidelines.
- Develop and manage service delivery tools, including forms, best practice guidelines and training tools.
- Develop and implement initiatives, procedures and tools in response to emerging issues and opportunities affecting underwriting profitability and production.
- Develop value-added services such as publications, web applications, webcasts and other policyholder outreach services.
- Conducting underwriting surveys on technically demanding large accounts.
- Conducting prospecting studies of potential large accounts.
- Participating in large account marketing efforts and broker/producer contacts, as well as marketing of loss control products and services.
- Coordination and management of out-of-territory service for assigned accounts.
- Responding to requests for assistance from policyholders and producers.

What would we love about you?
- You have a related background (Chemical Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or similar).
- Experience in similar roles of at least 2 to 3 years in operations areas, focused on industries, you care about structure, your focus is loss prevention, infrastructure,
- Possess strong writing, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced English proficiency
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of available time.
- That you have a current Class B License.
