RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists the Sales team in qualifying the opportunity and defining the proposal to meet the needs of the customer, from the pre-sales stage to the end of the negotiation.
- Facilitates customer understanding of our value proposition through the preparation and delivery of outstanding presentations, demonstrations, trials, and benchmarks.
- Creates business cases to support the sales team's proposals, including payback analysis.
- Collaborates with clients to understand and document their needs, as well as to determine their primary expected results.
- Presents proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
- Ensures the handover of the project to delivery teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in design/Engineering/Textile, etc.
- At least 5 years of experience in the Apparel Development Process / Technical Designer / Pattern Maker / Garment Technician.
- Consulting experience is preferred.
- Proven knowledge in design, product development, and cutting/manufacturing processes in the targeted industries' practices, procedures, and organization.
- Familiar with CAD software devoted to the fashion/apparel business, as well as a solid understanding of the product process in this area.
- Knowledge of Software’s company would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong process analysis abilities required to deal with top level decision makers.
- Fully PC literate (Windows, Microsoft Office)
- Capable of dealing with continual demand (without sacrificing standards) by being highly organized and arranging time well
- Ability to travel in Vietnam region is required.
