Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including interviewing and selection techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Proficient in HR software and systems for record-keeping and reporting.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A passion for fostering a positive work culture and promoting employee engagement and development.
- Experience in educating and coaching staff.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Experience in monitoring and evaluating employee performance and provide feedback and coaching to support professional development and growth.
- Experience in managing payroll process.
- Ability to give presentations.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
