Requirements
- Passionate in handling guest check-ins, chesk-outs and enquiries
- Positive work attitude, punctual, reliable, responsible and willing to work on shifts as assigned by the division (e.g 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm/11pm-7am)
- Pleasant disposition and excellent inerpersoal and communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
- It will be an advantage for those with at least a minimum of one (1) year experience in the Front Office of a deluxe Hotel with knowledge in OPERA systems
Responsibility
- Handles Front Desk operations of handling arrivals, Check-ins (registration) and departures for check-outs (cashiering) of all the hotel guests
- Understand guest needs and preferences and provide the necessary assistance to ensure utmost guest satisfaction
- Handles face to face guest requests and enquiries articulating accurate advise on products, services and happenings within the hotel as well as Sunway Group
