Role Overview
We are looking for:
- A hard working and responsible first line operator in GBU Silica Qingdao site.
We count on you for:
- Understanding the requirements of MSDS, wearing necessary PPE, complying with the safety regulation and actively participating in monthly HSE activities.
- Ensuring the normal operation of all equipment in the production line and the sampling testing of in-process products.
- Ensuring the safe operation of the production equipment in this shift through inspections, assisting the shift leader to complete the production plan on time, produce qualified products, and meeting customer requirements.
- Realizing the optimization of production operation parameters on duty, control product quality and consumption.
- Responsible for the management of analytical equipment in the laboratory.
- Cooperating with the process to complete the industrial test of new products.

You will bring:
- High school or above education background.
- At least 2 years working experience in a chemical company, firstline operation experience preferred.
- Can adapt the three shifts work , hard working
- Strong learning ability and good communication.
