DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
I am a Workplace Ambassador
I start the day by meeting and greeting employees at office entry
I make my daily ‘rounds’ and engage with employees
I know each person by name, what they do and which Line of Business they belong to
If something needs repairing, I will get things sorted and follow up accordingly with Delivery and
Technical team for issues resolution in timely manner.
I nudge and educate employee behaviour
By observations, I share my knowledge and insights with the team to improve the working environment

Floor Management
Conduct floor walk daily and report defects
Be reactive but also proactive in resolving issues in a timely manner
Ensure seamless & consistent level of service is provided at every user touchpoint.
Ensure that the meeting rooms and social spaces are in ‘ready-to-use’ condition
Responsible to consolidate and respond to all feedback responses and Work Orders
Collect utilisation data for Social spaces
Acts as basic “counsel” regarding space needs/options as per client's workplace Standards
Ensure cleaning & housekeeping standards are exceptional aligned with client's objectives

Events Program
Brainstorm event ideas to drive the understanding of GRE workplace goals
Populate Event Calendar for the year
Publish Quarterly Community Newsletter to connect closely with our employees
Ask monthly poll question, and assess, evaluate, and summarise event for lessons learnt
Collaborate with other business groups to deliver events jointly

Client/Stakeholder Management (in support of the Workplace Lead)
Pro-actively develop and manage Client relationships ensuring that expected service levels are achieved
Deliver an exceptional quality of service to the Client, as reflected by Client feedback
Actively recover feedback from line of businesses/end user

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Ideal Experience
Bachelor’s degree / Degree in Hotel Management, Facilities management, Building management
Experienced(1-3 years) in Hospitality and/or Tourism sector or related professional area / Events Management / Sales and Marketing – Experience in Corporate environment/Co working spaces is a benefit
Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and versatile in meeting client changing needs and requirements
Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team
Strong analytical, organization and administration skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of people
Fluent in English/Japanese
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
