Social Media Manager (Work From Home) [Philippines]

 

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for creating content for the company’s social media and web pages, besides, analyzing the online metrics. You will also be reporting directly to the digital marketing manager and assisting with all related tasks. You may be required to perform administrative tasks, conduct market research, update the system database, create marketing literature, and foster strong relationships with our clients.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive creation and full execution of a monthly content calendar
• Monitor analytics and deliver performance reporting
• Coordinate with an in-house design team for creatives and copy
• Post organic content on social platforms - client to provide copy and creative
• Community management (monitor / engage on social within the client-provided framework)
• Track various data/project statuses using Google Sheets / Excel or PM tool
• Scan competitor posts and provide notes on potential content ideas

The Requirements:

Candidates must possess the following:

• 2+ years experience with organic social media management
• 1+ years experience with HubSpot for social media management (or similar tool)
• Navigational - intermediate HubSpot experience (contact record decoration, list building, etc.)
• Basic - intermediate Excel / Google Sheets
• Broad experience with multiple social media ads platforms
• Ability to work in the Eastern Time zone

It would be nice if the candidate also has the following:

• Familiarity with Unbounce for landing page creation and/or landing page creation in any tool
• Familiarity with Slack or Gmail for internal comms
