JOB SUMMARY:

  • Oversees all aspects of the service center and related operations
  • Responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the department
  • Responsible for establishing service center sales and productivity objectives, and forecasting future performance.
  • Ensure the Service center exceeds Manufacturer Customer's expectations with maintaining department profitability
  • Provide periodic service reports to Branch Manager & CSD

Job Requirements:

  • Saudi National is preferred with a membership of SCE
  • Minimum of 5 years in Service Operations
  • High Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree related to the filed
  • Extensive experience in handling customer concerns & resolution process
  • Extensive experience & knowledge in planning, implementing, and managing marketing activities.
  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar customer service leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using customer service management software and tools.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in handling customer issues and maintaining confidentiality.
