General Description:
- Provide medical contribution to broad market business decision and actual operation.
- Build strategic relationship with broad market Professionals, Policy maker and Payers.
- Ensure broad market strategy and projects execution in the region.
- Support regional commercial team to achieve business targets.
Essential Functions of the job:
- Provide medical advice on key broad market activities or key issues related with the product.
- Evaluate and review broad market external clinical study proposal on its scientific soundness.
- Grow proactively local data/knowledge for product development and clinical practice.
- Design and implement the medical scientific educational programs for regional professionals/policy makers/payers.
- Obtain advices/insights from regional professionals/policy makers/payers for broad market strategy optimization.
- Align with cross functions including medical and marketing to ensure brand strategy implementation in broad market.
- Provide trainings for field commercial team.
Qualification Required:
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Minimum 3 years of medical affairs or regional marketing experience. Oncology or Hematology background preferred.
- Soft skills: good project execution capability, good communication skills and customer focus, proactive planning and result oriented, with good teamwork. learning and self-training ability
