Job Description
The ideal QA Manager, reported directly to the Operation Director, will be responsible for the following activities:
Responsible for supplier audits of the Quality Management System (QMS), ISO...- Improve reliability of new product development processes, maintain company quality standards, compliance.
- Oversee the product manufacturing process in supplier factory to ensure quality.
- Inspect the final product to make sure it has been built correctly with compliance to legal standards and meets customer expectations.
- Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
- Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance.
- Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits.
The Successful Applicant
The preferred candidate has Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related disciplines, combined with at least 7 years experience in Quality Management (preferred both experience in sourcing office and manufacturing factory). Knowledgeable in quality management systems, ISO...
Good command in English is a MUST, able to speak Chinese Mandarin is a plus.
