Skills and Abilities :
- Good written Communication and Typing Proficiency.
- Ability to speak and understand English should be fluent in English communication skills, Ability to write, read and speak English to suit business need.
- Basic Telephone Etiquettes. • Decision Making, numerical ability & logical reasoning. • Customer Focus and Being Attentive.
Interview Rounds :
- RMG Screening • VETI – Language Assessment – 5.0 and +
- Typing 25 WPM and 90% Accuracy
- Operations Round (Competency Based Interview).
- Written or passage Test – Topic should not be related to the client and should cover agenda which is generic in nature like Movie, Billing issue, Sports, Hobbies, Social issues etc..
