Commercial Efficiency Manager
Based in Budapest
Purpose of the position:
Commercial Efficiency Manager’s primary responsibility is to maximize fleet productivity through capacity and schedule design changes. The role will report directly to the Head of Integrated Planning

Responsibilities:
- Leading role in Wizz Air Group responsible for aircraft utilization oversight and yearly targets monitoring.
- Initiating and driving commercial schedule design changes aiming at higher aircraft utilization per base, season, and airline.
- Reviewing seasonal and monthly capacity and schedule plan for utilization opportunities.
- Running analysis and forecasts regarding airline productivity
- Oversight on the Group’s fleet plan and resource allocation (commercial plan, fleet delivery plan, MX plan)
- Taking the lead in process, tools, and system development.
- Cross functional project management. Cooperation with various stakeholders across the organization (Scheduling and Slots, Network Development, Commercial Planning, Crew Planning and Controlling)
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Growth mindset and can-do attitude
- Professional experience of 2-5 years in a multinational environment
- Ability to synthesize information into recommendations
- Good oral and written presentations skills
- Team work and strong interpersonal skills
- Good leadership and people management skills
- Fluent spoken / written English
- Ability to live and work in Budapest, Hungary
- Flexibility to travel as required away from Head Office
- Completed university or college degree is a must
- Experience in airline scheduling is an advantage
- Finalized college or university degree
