Base: 20,000 - 35,000 Rand per month based on experience and performance.
Different sales incentives run throughout the year to allow you to earn up 50,000 Rand extra per annum.

Who we are looking for
- 2+ two years experience in inbound or outbound B2C sales with high volume calls.
- Enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn. We will give you all the training and tools that you need to succeed!
- IT literate who loves using online tools to get things done quickly and efficiently
- Excellent verbal communication
- Someone passionate and motivated, who loves being a part of a close team
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets
- Passion for companies that have a positive social impact and the education sector
- Strong bias to action
What you'll be doing
- Engage candidates on the phone in professional and friendly conversation about how Zen Educate can help them work in schools.
- Get candidates to act with urgency by driving home the importance of their compliance checks for them to start working and earning quickly.
- Carry out the necessary onboarding processes and assessment for teachers and teaching assistants
- Interact with candidates in a friendly and helpful manner and maintain positive relationships to keep them on board with us and create a great candidate experience
- Stay organised with vetting processes of 25-50 candidates at a time.
- Work collaboratively across the business with the sales and technology teams to help improve efficiency
Experience & Qualifications Required
· A university degree is helpful but not essential
· Strong interest in sales
· Interest in the UK state education sector
