Your Tasks
- Processing technical enquiries and creating solution for customers, service centres and subsidiaries as well as dealing with customer complaints
- Work in 24/7/365 operation (early and late shifts as well as weekends and holidays)

Maintenance support of the PC-12 Fault Isolation Guide and the PC-24 e-Trouble Shooting Tool- Coordinate technical investigations with Pilatus engineering departments and assist with changes to existing and new technical documentation
- Identify product improvements and initiate potential modifications
- Provide on-site support to customers and service centres to resolve complex issues
With this you convince us
- Technical background
- Several years of experience in aircraft maintenance in either "Mechanical Systems and Structural Design" or "Avionics and Electrical Systems", preferably for the Pilatus PC-12 or PC-24
- EASA B1/B2 and/or FAA A&P licensed or equivalent level of training (e.g. military aviation maintenance qualified) would be an advantage
- High level of responsibility and structured approach
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office Tools
- Very good written and verbal skills in English, German is an advantage
