Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Sales and Marketing Officer. Having experience in Customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, sales prequalification, email marketing, social media and website management. Responsible for organizing other sales and marketing related activities and database. We need someone who can think on their feet, analyse data.
Duties
- Identify new opportunities via market research and initiate contact, such as using LinkedIn to target clients for a direct sales opportunity.
- Perform sales lead prequalification in identifying new opportunities.
- Convert cold leads to warm leads and onboard warm leads as clients.
- Answers questions from cold and warm leads as well as clients
- Makes product knowledge readily available to clients and partners.
· Schedules reminders, appointments, and meetings as necessary
· Maintaining and evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
- Update and maintain prospect clients and competitor’s database and accounts.
- Sourcing of possible partnerships/ joint ventures for the company.
- Update and maintain partnerships or network database.
- Update our CRM and client database, with the latest engagement with both existing and prospect clients.
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Design, proofing, and updating the company’s marketing & communications materials.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
- Perform other sales and marketing functions as assigned by the director.
You will be working with the Sales team who works directly for the director of the company. This role will suit a fast learner who can grasp new technologies and concepts quickly.
Requirements:
- Excellent English, written and communication skills.
- Proficient in SharePoint and other MS Office applications
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, sales, and social media campaigns
- Ability to write engaging, concise emails, email marketing, social media, and website management.
- Write compelling news updates and blog posting.
- Can work independently or as part of the team.
- Great researching skills
- Demonstrate Proactive attitude.
- Detail-oriented Strong work ethics
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice
- Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen ability to learn and try new things.
- Must provide own internet connection,laptop will be provided by the company
- Must have a backup laptop in case.
- Internet connection must be at least 2-5 Mbps (capable for Skype or Teams video calls)
Benefits, Shift and Pay:
- Salary can start at a base rate per month. We also give performance bonus on top of the base rate salary. Happy for negotiations.
