We started by renting one of our own properties and upon seeing how lucrative the business was, we decided to assist property owners and investment funds in renting their buildings and properties with ease. UpperKey is now looking to hire a Remote International Property Manager. This is the ideal position for candidates seeking for an enriching and rewarding experience in the Sales, Management, Real Estate and Hospitality industries.
Your missions:
· You will establish and maintain amazing relationships with Property managers, Landlords, Contractors
· You will work closely with the Top Management Team
· Dealing directly with the Operations department in regards to maintenance problems
· Appointing and Managing contractors
· Ensuring all contractor invoices and utilities are paid promptly
· Keeping track of all property expenses
· You will assist in creating the strategy to optimize our service
· Dealing directly with the HR Manager when staff is needed
The ideal candidate:
· Has prior experience in hospitality as a hotel reservations agent, receptionist, property manager or similar
· You are well organized, and you have excellent written and verbal skills in both English and French languages
· You have excellent analytical skills and a strong team spirit
· You are demonstrating autonomy and rigour, with a desire to constantly improve performance
· You are polyvalent, proactive, creative and adaptable
· You are keen to join a fast-growing start-up and contribute actively to its success
· You are ready to contribute to a long term work relationship.
