Key Requirements:
- At least 3+ years working in UI/UX design, product design, and design thinking
- Proficiency in conducting UX research, user testing, and implementing insights
- Professional Efficiency in Englisch and German
- Strong expertise in prototyping with Figma or similar tools
- Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Managing multiple stakeholders with agile development process
- Experience with developing web-based tools
- General awareness of the german and European market
- Experience with handing over designs to the development team
- strong portfolio demonstrating your problem solving skill and design thinking process
What You'll Do:
- Design and create exceptional user experiences for our innovative products
- Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems and drive product innovation
- Conduct user research to gain valuable insights and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in UX and product design
- Organising design sprints within the company
- Hands on mindset while understanding the user problems
