With a small team we are building the outlet business in Europe. As the Outlet Project Specialist, you take part in building this business AND you are responsible for the assortments and presentations at our current outlets. You work closely with our international Local Head Offices and the different teams at our Central Head Office in Amsterdam, e.g. innovation, format & design, inventory and master data.
YOU ARE ALL ABOUT CATEGORY MANAGEMENT IN A GROWING ENVIRONMENT
With outlets in 8 different markets, your week will be all about, alignment with departments at our Central Head Office and sharing updates with our local markets. All to make sure all outlets are equipped with the right tools to perform best in class and offer the best service to our customers. Think about connecting with the markets to update on new assortments, share tools to drive KPI’s, share operational briefings, etc. You are not afraid to challenge existing ways of working and proactively contribute to further optimization of day-to-day processes and take actions to implement them.

In this role, you make sure that you support our frontline heroes in our outlets by:- Creating and updating assortments for outlets;
- Creating and implementing operational briefing for Special Events (e.g. Sales);
- Guaranteeing timely and complete availability of the Shelf plans;
- Implementing and overseeing implementation of the Shelf plans in outlets;
- Driving outlet business by translating local requests to centrally managed offerings;
- Driving projects for new outlet furniture;
- Improving and creating processes and guidance/guidelines to ensure a global way of working in the markets;
- Continuous improvement initiatives based on evaluations and stakeholder feedback.

On top of it, you have:
- A Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of relevant experience within a retail environment
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in working with Excel
- Excellent English skills
