We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with customers, developing sales strategies, and providing customer service. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Provide customer service and support.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Generate leads and close sales.
- Manage customer accounts and provide follow-up services.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Work with outside sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
