Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with various tasks related to sewerage treatment works, including manual labour, site preparation, and general maintenance including clearing of sludge and waste.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the project.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Undertake training and obtain necessary certifications, such as Confined Space and Thames Water Passports (preferred but not essential).
Requirements:
- Possess a CSCS card.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
- Previous experience working in waste water operations is a bonus but not essential.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour tasks.
