GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY
- Responsible for assisting the administration of the day to day operations of the human resources functions and duties.
- Perform and ensure all general administrative procedures and process; compliance with the Human Resource Policies.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTION
- Execute changes and maintenance of the data (overtime/ double pay)
- Ensure that all staff leave and absences are consistently and properly update
- Assist in staff refreshment if any meeting; courses and seminar conducted at airport level
- Check and prepare punch card monthly report
- Assist on conducting training and workshop; organize locally and compile training record and file as require in SOP
- Prepare uniform entitlement and distribution to unit related
- Involve in managing all travelling reservation and hotel booking for the employees
- Process pension/ gratuity/ final salary and income tax (CP22A)
- Process loan applications (housing/ computer/ vehicle)
- Keeping safety of vehicle Reg. Cards and cancellation of ownership
- Keep record and labeling of Company’s asset when required
- Keeping safety of company vehicles registration cards and renewal of road tax and insurance
- check manually of OT & PH claims.
- Assist in preparing staff compensation (EPF and SOCSO)
- Assists in other administrative matters and the coordination of special projects and activities

Skills
- Good writing and communication skills both in Bahasa Melayu and English
- Knowledge in basic computer software application preferably in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in using SAP system is an added advantage

- Customer service oriented with pleasant personality

- MCE/ SPM or equivalent with a minimum working experience in HR related field is an advantage
