Site Supervisor - Cleaner Bateau Bay
Ezko Property Services are seeking dedicated, energetic Site Supervisor to work within a retail shopping centre situated at Bateau Bay (Central Coast).
Purpose of the position:
Site Supervisor is responsible for the daily management of resources including chemicals, materials or uniforms in accordance with the requirements of the contractual agreement, QHSE plans and the budgetary guidelines for the site.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Site Supervisor is directly responsible to the Client Services Manager, and has responsibility for:
- Managing and maintaining cleaning services on site to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
- Promoting and encouraging a safe working environment for staff and others.
- Ensure chemicals, equipment, material in the combo are adequate for the days’ work.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformances relating to the product, process and quality system.
- Identify and record any problems relating to the products, process and quality system.
- Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
- Staff training including toolbox talks and record keeping of training sessions and of those who attend.
- Ensure all appropriate actions are taken to implement all company policies and procedures in accordance with Ezko’s Quality Management, WH&S and Environmental management system.
- Monitor all required Ezko’s Management System within the area of this positions’ responsibility.
- Conduct workplace and work health and safety inspections in accordance with all reporting requirements.
- Report all Incidents, accidents and injuries in accordance with company’s reporting requirements ensuring this is completed within a 24 – 48 hour period.
- Investigate all incidents, accidents and injuries in accordance with the company’s reporting requirements.
- Ensure there is appropriate consultation with employees in regard to workplace issues, work health and safety and any identified risks raised.
- Assist and support the effective facilitation of rehabilitation of injured workers.

Monday - Friday 6.30am - 2.30 pm.
