If the answer is yes, you are the one we are looking for. As Senior Manager, you will lead and develop a supply chain planner team within our Power & Sensor Systems division. You will deploy our supply chain management strategy and drive innovation and digitalization activities. Furthermore, you will act as main global business interface and allocation manager.
In your new job you will:
- Be r esponsible for the LVC team in Villach
- Disciplinary, administrative, structural and organizational setup responsibility
- Lead and develop the LVC-SCP Team towards a high-performance team
- Provide support and inputs during performance review as well as individual support, development, coaching and mentoring
- Take over the supply chain planner lead and forecast planning on PP horizon
- Be responsible for revenue contribution, forecast accuracy, inventory, demand planning and operations
- Channel all marketing / CLM requirements and balance the needs against the production capabilities. Clearly communicate to management on upside limitation with proposal for mitigation
- Act as the main interface between CLM, Marketing and Fab being responsible for the production related part of demand fulfilment process
- Be the interface between Capacity Alignment Planners (CAPs) for capacity discussion for business fulfilment
- Be responsible for the PSS operations and resource deployment for the team in Villach
- Manage/support first level escalation from key business partners
- Drive/support product allocation, tasks force and crisis management
- Drive/develop SCP business process innovation / improvement
- Take over the g uidance of declared allocation manager using the newly introduced allocation tool
- Setup monitoring for allocation constraints and closely manage the supply stabilization
- Ensure capacity in fabs are 100% utilized
- Alignment on product/customer allocation with Business Management team

- A university degree in industrial management or supply chain
- 3-5 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry (ideally supply chain and material management concepts)
- L eadership/interpersonal skills as well as required business expertise
- A customer oriented and problem solving behavior
- The a ffinity to use/learn various digital tools to conduct / present data analysis at various management levels
- Experience in planning and inventory management in semiconductor industry as well as in preparing/tracking progress and reporting
- Functional knowledge in Lean Planning systematic and tools
- Key user for SCM tools and processes
- Knowledge in MRP system s, IT Tools (e.g.SAP, DM, PGS+, MS Office) and FE/BE-processes/-technologies
- Technical knowledge of supply chain and material management concepts
- Fluency in English due to working in multi-cultural teams
