The Dell Security & Resiliency organization manages the security risk across all aspects of Dell’s business. Join us as a Consultant on our global Governance, Risk, and Compliance team in Panama or Mexico to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

You will:

  • Drive the development of a modernized, interconnected framework of policies, standards, and internal controls which disseminate specific requirements to the appropriate target segments of the business.

  • Advise on control design and implementation approaches, supporting technical teams to ensure full implementation coverage across the business.

  • Ensure processes are in place to validate control compliance, addressing non-compliance through defined security exception processes to lead corrective action plans as appropriate

  • Deliver periodic updates and metrics to GRC leadership which illustrate overall level of compliance as it pertains to specific policies, standards, and associated control groups.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to advise on specific controls to close gaps or mitigate identified risk.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in GRC or Cyber related field.

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber, Engineering or Business-related discipline.

  • Expertise in GRC and Security and Resiliency concepts and principles across multiple domains.

  • In-depth knowledge and expertise with industry control framework, standards, regulations, best practices and guidelines including PCI-DSS, NIST, ISO27001/2, CIS, etc.

  • Technical proficiency with MS Office 365 suite of products including SharePoint Online and commercial GRC products such as Archer or ServiceNow GRC

Desirable Requirements

  • Customer oriented and collaborative with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Security industry certification (Security+, CISSP, CISM, CISA)

  • Business intelligence and analytical skills

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
