Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive their performance and professional development.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, expand customer base, and increase market share.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to generate insights and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to align strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for presentation to senior management.
Requirements:
- Must have Bachelor's degree.
- Proven track record of 2-3 years in sales, with 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
