Meraki Talent is working with a Big 4 organisation to hire an experienced associate partner in risk advisory to join their team. Their services are focused on the financial function, and they help clients identify and address issues related to growth, governance, and performance.
I'm keen to hear from those with several years of work experience in a large audit and/or consulting firm or a significant commercial organisation, with most of this experience within Financial Services.

Bahrain is a Persian Gulf island country. It is made up of many islands, the largest of which is Bahrain Island, and the pleasant temperature attracts many people who want to relocate. Requirements
- A recognised degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a similar field, as well as a professional qualification, such as ICAEW, ACCA, CPA, and
- Several years of working in large audit/ or consulting firm.
- 4+ years in a managerial position.
- Experience in business development with a track record of meeting targets-Development of additional services within the umbrella of risk consulting.
- Ability to lead internal audits of financial service clients.
- Ability to lead compliance advisory engagements.
- Manage 10-15 subordinates and multiple engagements.
- Examination of files and reports
- Make presentations.
- Business growth - customer targeting and sales pitch -Proposal development -Develop and implement in-house staff training programme.
- Recruitment help - conduct interviews.
