More about what you’ll do


We are seeking an energetic person to work in a dynamic environment supporting senior managers in our commercial division, utilising your exceptional administrative and organisational skills.


Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will provide support to the Commercial Sales Leadership team.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide day to day administration support to our Commercial division
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports as needed
  • Assist the Executive Assistant with coordinating events such as trade shows, conferences, international events and national training programs
  • Assist with booking interstate travel and accommodation as required
  • General administration tasks such as ordering stationery, printing, binding etc
  • Ad Hoc PA tasks as required

The ideal applicant will possess the following:

  • Experience in a similar administrative position
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Exceptional computer knowledge including in MS Office
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • The ability to think outside the box
