MISTRAS is looking for a Training Administrator to join our Rope Access Training Department. The position can be remote and an ideal candidate will reside in Eastern North America (from Ontario to the Maritimes). This position’s primary responsibility is to aid and to support the management of the Rope Access Training Department. Our Training Administrator will be primarily responsible for managing bookings of students for training, creating course paperwork packages, booking instructors and assessors for training, managing completed course paperwork, uploading course information into the applicable association portal (SPRAT/ IRATA) and assisting in training course logistics. This position may also support the Document Control team from time to time in relation to the rope access training and operational programs within the company.
The successful candidate is required to speak English and French at an adequate level to be able to communicate freely over the phone, email/text and other written communications (fluent/bilingual).

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Managing course bookings for all training centers.
- Administration support for all training centers.
- Communicating information to former students, current students, assessors, evaluators, instructors, and the rope access training management team.
- Book assessors and instructors for courses.
- Book travel for assessors, evaluators instructors and management team.
- Input data into Arlo Training Management System.
- Input data into MISTRAS Digital system for equipment tracking and personnel tracking.
- Input data for training site audits, as well as instructor technical performance surveys.
- Distribute certifications and logbooks to students post courses.
- Data entry into IRATA and SPRAT electronic systems.
- Support marketing team with social media campaigns for training.
Qualifications:
- Fluent/Bilingual in English and French.
- 2 years’ experience of office administration work is required.
- Experience using databases and with data entry.
- Experience with the rope access industry is considered an asset.
- Knowledge and experience in adult learning is an asset.
- Experience with Arlo Training Management System an asset.
