Responsibilities
Role will support the deployment of Perfect Store programme in Turkey BU by supporting Turkey BU TT Perfect Store Manager and commercial teams.
The role will play a supporting role in:
- Lead granular growth through gold-standard TT execution, powered by advanced data and digital solutions and embedded in our culture
- Govern PS Target & AOP Delivery with Commercial Teams: Connect our targets to commercial processes and daily operations, ensure tracking set up, review progress and drive course-correct when needed
- Lead commercial teams to advance in insight led commercial action & acceleration planning
- Work up Picture of Success channel targets for sales (HQ&frontline), define monthly executional excellence targets for premium realization of frontline
- Ensure flawless Picture of Success frontline communication & cycle management
- Picture of Success Size of the Prize tracking
- Lead deployment of Precision Execution Framework in TT
- Deployment/Tracking of PS Capability Plans w/ commercial teams
Job Dimensions:
- Job scope is Turkey PO1 all categories and TT.
- Role is accountable for all day to day decision making to independently deliver accountabilities.
- Key decision on setting the agenda as well as key capability and business / organizational interventions and changes, will need to be aligned with Direct Manager
- The role will be working closely with Insights Managers / heads, Channel Strategy Head/Managers & OT/TT KAM /NAM or equivalent.The level should be senior enough to ensure building a healthy relationship with these functions and heads / directors during project set-ups and deliveries.
Qualifications
- 6-7 yrs of experience in related area (category development/management, PS , sales, insight, commercial etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking with proven ability to connect the dots between various data sources to deliver clear outlook scenarios along with implications for the business.
- Proven influencing and perseverance skills to tailor recommendation to the needs of stakeholders and effectively engage them to obtain commitment and drive impact.
- Proven ability to turn the complex into the simple, to cut through and focus on what really matters and tell simple story
- Well evidenced leadership and influencing skills and the ability to influence a complex multi-functional matrix as well as leading a direct team.
- Expertise in perfect store management, sales and / or marketing and the delivery of long-term insight-led strategy and vision through to the POS.
- Excellence written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders via selling stories for a shared mission.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English&Turkish.
