Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:Greet customers upon entrance and engage in conversations to determine their needs.
Provide accurate information about jewelry features, value, and maintenance.
Assist customers in trying on jewelry and making selections.
Sales:Showcase, promote, and sell jewelry to customers.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Process payments, handle cash, and provide receipts.
Product Knowledge:Maintain current knowledge about the jewelry inventory, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Understand the basics of jewelry materials, craftsmanship, and care.
Store Upkeep:Ensure jewelry is displayed attractively and maintained in pristine condition.
Manage inventory and restock displays as needed.
Ensure a clean and organized store environment.
Team Collaboration:Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Returns & Repairs:Handle customer queries related to returns, exchanges, and jewelry repairs.
Coordinate with the repair team or craftsmen on specific customer requirements.
