Objectives of this role
Work on a wide range of projects and media like proposals, marketing materials, collaterals, presentations, videos, websites, etc.
Plan, visualize and develop innovative designs that meet business goals.
Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, and express ideas creatively and accurately.
Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing and design team to meet deadlines, and schedule project implementation based on workload.
Responsibilities
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the marketing and design team on a wide range of materials that may include proposals, collaterals, newsletters, marketing materials, videos, web pages, and presentations, etc.
Translate strategic direction into the high-quality design within established brand identity.
Develop concepts and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, typography, imagery, and layout.
Manage the design process for all project materials, based on best practices.
Use trend intelligence and knowledge when designing and executing specific classifications.
Required skills and qualifications
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
A strong eye for visual composition.
Able to give and receive constructive feedback.
2- years of experience with design and animation software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Aftereffects, Figma, etc.
A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
Time-management skills for meeting deadlines.
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
